Integrating a targeted yoga practice into your staycation can transform your familiar living space into a sanctuary of peace and physical revitalization.
Cultivating New Beginnings with Heart OpenersWinter often causes us to round our shoulders and hunch inward to protect ourselves from the cold. Spring is the ideal time to counteract this physical habit by opening the chest and stimulating the heart chakra. The Sphinx pose is an excellent, accessible backbend to begin your staycation practice.
